Countdown to Geneva 2015 begins
The countdown is on to Europe’s greatest motor show, the 85th International Motor Show at Geneva, which runs for five days from March 15th.
The great and the good of the motoring world will be there, and the headlines and photographers inevitably hover around the supercar manufacturers.
However, for those of us more interested in cars we can actually afford, Geneva will also see two of the most eagerly-awaited hot hatchbacks being unveiled: the new Honda Civic Type-R, and the new Ford Focus RS.
Honda will be showing off the production version of the CTR for the first time, while Ford will be demonstrating the Focus RS for the first time since its spec was announced at the start of 2015.
Both have taken steps away from tradition. This will be Honda’s first Civic Type R with a turbo engine, and it will be Ford’s first RS Focus with four-wheel drive.
It’s exciting (well, it is to us) and we’ll bring you pics of the cars as soon as they’re available.
Remember, if the Geneva Show whets your appetite for a new car, webuycarsformore.com can give you the best trade-in price for your car in the North East – we’ll beat any written offer buy £100.
